Entrepreneurship

Criminality, unplanned pregnancies, prostitution and other social ills are, to a large extent, attributable to joblessness. To curb the scourge of unemployment, and ultimately all the opportunistic ills associated therewith, entrepreneurship provides an alternative to the typical employment route.

Believing that self dependence is key and that people generate the best ideas when enabled, we provide opportunities for community members to come up with creative ways they could create employment for themselves and others. Our interventions do not stop with ideas. We provide a range of support interventions for entrepreneurs, from entrepreneurial education to coaching, mentoring and, in some instances, access to opportunities and markets.

You can get involved by offering time as a volunteering coordinator, mentor/coach, providing funding support, sharing useful resources and stories or by offering any form of entrepreneurial support.
