Skills Development
Whilst education is a critical foundation for socioeconomic development, practical skills are essential in positioning people for social and economic success. We believe in a balance between life skills and occupational skills. Life skills empower people to make better choices and occupational skills enable people to improve their standard of living by engaging in value creating occupational activities.
Targeting competencies such as building relationships, financial life skills, crafts, building trades and the likes, our initiatives take form of facilitated community conversations, facilitated and self paced learning and development interventions.
You can get involved as a volunteer coordinator, sponsor, facilitator/presenter or by sharing your own stories at these planned interventions.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
